Will ShowUp replace my booking system?
No. The founding pilot works alongside compatible Google Calendar appointments. It is not a replacement for your booking platform or calendar.
Does every calendar appointment work?
Not necessarily. Your appointments need a start time and the client email address as a guest or attendee. We verify compatibility before activation. Request a free check before buying if you are unsure.
Does ShowUp send text messages?
Not yet. ShowUp currently sends email reminders and email-based responses only. You can ask for email updates about any future SMS offering using the optional checkbox in the inquiry form.
Does clicking Cancel automatically cancel an appointment?
No. Rescheduling and cancellation are requests that notify the business owner. The owner remains responsible for updating the calendar.
Can I keep my current scheduling process?
Yes, if it uses a compatible Google Calendar setup. That's the point of this pilot: fewer manual reminders without a major workflow change.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe handles your payment. We send setup instructions to your email. You then share access to your compatible Google Calendar, and we verify the setup before activating real reminders. If something isn't compatible, contact showupreminders@gmail.com so we can review your options.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
$99 covers setup and your first 30 days, plus applicable tax. Your subscription then renews automatically at $29/month plus applicable tax until canceled. Cancel anytime through Link or by emailing showupreminders@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not an automatic refund of an earlier payment.
Do I pay when I submit the compatibility form?
No. The form below is a free inquiry, separate from the paid Stripe checkout. You pay only when you choose the Get Started checkout and complete it.
